Blood Sugar Regulation

Any nutritional program is based on a sufficient blood sugar regulation operated by a great deal of hormones and receptors. Any fluctuation storms on these delicate mechanisms can throw the blood sugar high or low affecting your weight, slows down muscles, organ, bone tissue and brain function. On a bio-logical and metabolically compromised system you become more inflamed suppressing the immune system and the vicious cycle of weight gain is presented.

 

Insulin is one of the two hormones regulating blood sugar, in respond to the food you are eating. Insulin will be producing when you do eat carbs. If you do eat more carbs or more (WHAT FOOD TYPE IS MISSING?)  insulin will be produced in higher rate to lower the blood sugar.
